wHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO SLICE A CAKE?
With a little preparation, you can easily get slices so perfect that they look like they came out of the pages of a magazine! First of all, Let your cake sit out for about AN HOUR to reach room temperature. Then, get a pitcher and fill it with very hot water. Dip a chef's knife into the pitcher of water to warm it, wiping it clean and dry before making each slice.
The two best tools for slicing cakes are either a good chef's knife (Wustof, Victorinox, Henckels and Shun are great knives). Or you can use the Rosle pie and cake server. If you're slicing a fondant cake, a santoku knife works particularly well.

Do you have pre-baked cakes on hand?
Marneycakes are made fresh for you, and are not stockpiled in advance. Each client receives a fresh, custom-made WEDDING CAKE, BIRTHDAY CAKE, OR OTHER SPECIAL OCCASION cake . Therefore, reserve your Marneycake in advance! Same-day cake orders can only be filled by those who are willing to pre-bake their cakes, and freeze them for a later sale.
I understand you make butter cakes, not cakes made with only vegetable oil or corn oil, like many bakeries and grocery store stock. How are genuine butter cakes different from what I'm accustomed to?
Authentic butter cakes are more dense, moist, and flavorful than cakes made only with vegetable oil -- this is just one factor that makes a Marneycake better than most anything else you've ever tasted. A butter cake becomes firmer when chilled than an oil cake. therefore, for optimal results, you always need to let your Marneycake sit out for about AN HOUR to reach room temperature before slicing, and serving.
can you do nut-free cakes, and lactose-free cakes?
But of course! You can order Marneycakes without a worry about nut allergies. Additionally, since Marney White had to live 13 years without dairy, she knows how to cater deliciously to the needs of the lactose intolerant and allergic. How do I book an order with Marneycakes ?
Simply inquire! A 50% deposit is required to book your order, with the balance due and payable upon delivery.
How are Marneycakes are priced?
A simple yellow cake will not have the same pricing as a cake layered in marzipan and cherries, or as a multi-tiered chocolate cake covered in hand-rolled chocolate truffles. Upon your order inquiry, a quote will be calculated for your unique CAKE order based upon the number of servings, and type of cake.

Is Delivery available?
Yes, free local delivery is provided. All other delivery is available for an additional charge. Professional delivery ensures the safe transport and arrival of your order.
