Long Island in-home baking demonstration classes

TIPS & TRICKS FOR MORE PROFESSIONAL CAKES: Upon the conclusion, you have one finished cake and one baked cake ready to finish, as well as a fantastic recipe for cake and buttercream.

All classes are for 2.5 hours in your home, for up to 8 people. Scheduling subject to our availability, and we book up quickly! Classes are scheduled Monday through Wednesday evenings. Sunday in-home baking classes & out-of-state classes by special arrangement only. Price upon request. Each class includes at least one recipe. The fee is $550, and Chef Marney brings any equipment you do not have. You’re only responsible for a small grocery supply list. (Supplemental commute fee over 30 minutes one way.) A non-refundable 50% deposit books your class (as we reserve that time exclusively for you), with the balance due and payable 2 weeks before your class.
